Our experience at Richico Apartments was far from pleasant. The check-in process was frustrating. staff continually hounded us about payment issues, even when we were trying to relax in our room. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired, with stained furniture and inadequate facilities. To top it all off, the noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable, ruining our chances for a peaceful getaway.
